Arteta's worthiness to become a successful Premier League manager in the future has been questioned, with Simon Jordan uncertain whether he has the quality to make it happen. Arteta has transformed Arsenal, who missed out on the top four last year, so that they are in the cup race with Manchester City this year.
However, Jordan feels that Arti still has a lot to prove as City have been in control of the cup due to recent declines in form.

"Arteta doesn't have it in his eyes to focus on the players' minds to take them to the next level. Something is missing. "The reason why we were down in the last game is not because William Saliba didn't want to play," said Jordan.
